Filling:
c Boiling Water
t Baking Soda
c Molasses

Crumbs:
1 c Brown Sugar
2 c Sifted Flour
Pinch of Salt
c Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie plate with single pie crust. Dissolve baking soda in molasses until it foams.
Pour filling into pie shell
Mix crumb ingredients and sprinkle on top of filling

Bake 375 for 30 mins or until crusts are golden in color.
