1¼ c Unsifted Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 c Butter or Margarine, softened
¼ c Granulated Sugar
¾ c Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Package of Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding ( 4 serving size )
2 Eggs
3 ½ c Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 c Raisins ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking soda
Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy
Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture then stir in oats and raisins.
Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoon full on ungreased baking sheet
approximately 2" apart.

Bake 375º for 10-12 mins.
