2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup wesson vegetable oil

1 cup milk
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix all ingredients together and beat well.
-Pour in a 13 x 9 (or 2 - 9 inch round pans) floured and greased pan.
-Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
**Very runny batter**
-Icing with your favorite icing
