Crust:
2 cups mashed baking potatoes
1 large egg, fork beaten
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
Filling:
1 1/2 cups of diced cooked potato
1/2 cup frozen peas
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg, fork beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Mix all 4 ingredients in medium bowl to form soft ball of dough.
Roll out dough on a well floured surface in 11*14" rectangle.
Cut into 3" squares.
Filling:
Mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl
Spoon rounded tablespoon fulls onto side of centre in each square
Dampen 2 adjoining sides
Fold diagonally and seal with fork.
Brush tops with egg.
Bake at 400º
14-15 min
