3 eggs
2-1/4 cups sugar
1-1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cup milk

3 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. poppyseeds
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 Tbsp. almond extract
1-1/2 Tbsp. butter flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix eggs, sugar, oil and milk. Beating well.
-Add flour, salt, poppyseeds, baking powder, vanilla, almond extract and butter flavoring. Mix well.
-Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
-Bake 1 hour. (small pans - 40 minutes)
