7 loaves of bread (small 6x6 slices)
¼ c. finely chopped parsley
1 stalk celery
3 to 4 medium onions
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Several days before Thanksgiving - cut up the bread (using an electric knife) into small pieces.
Place bread cubes into several large roasting pans and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Toss bread cubes several times each day.

When ready to make the stuffing:
Melt butter in turkey pan
Saute onions and celery
Add ¼ tsp poultry seasoning & salt and pepper
Slowly add bread cubes and toss until all cubes are incorporated.
