1/4 cup of all purpose flour
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 cup of water
1 egg
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Slices of cooked bacon, finely crumbled
2 tbsp of minced green onions
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce:
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 sup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 finely chopped green onion

Directions:

Strips:
Cut Chicken strips into 1/2" strips and set aside.
Combine flour, cornstarch and ginger in med. bowl
Blend in water, egg, soya sauce and oil
Stir in bacon and onion.
Add chicken strips, stir to coat
Brown in 1/2" of oil med heat. 4-5min (until golden brown)
Turn over for 4 - 5 min.
Drain on paper towel
Finish cooking in oven on cookie sheet 400 fir 5 - 8 min
Sauce:
Prepare sauce by mixing ingredients together
