2 tbsp oil
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
same amount of broccoli, also cut up
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 c dry rice
1-1/2 c water
1 egg
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water, set aside.

In wok, heat oil over medium high heat. When hot, add cauliflower. Fry until they just start getting soft, then add broccoli. When broccoli starts getting soft, add mushrooms. When all are cooked the way you like them, add rice, egg, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and stir fry until egg is cooked.

Add more soy sauce to taste.
