1 pound of Beef
1 pound of Chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. Olive oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup white wine
2 tsp of sugar

1 Tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Rice or rice noodles

-Cut the beef and chicken into bite size pieces.
-Brown the beef and chicken in Olive oil and garlic powder.
-Mix the soy sauce, white wine and sugar together. Pour over beef and chicken. Add enough water to cover all of the meat.
-Cover and Simmer for 1 hour.
-Remove the beef and chicken and set a side. Mix the cornstarch and water together.
-Bring the broth up to a boil, add the cornstarch and water mixture. Stir until thick. Pour over top of the meat.
-Stir fry broccoli and mushrooms in pan, you can put in a ladle of the gravy for flavor.
-Serve over rice or rice noodles.
