8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
3 T milk
4 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/3 cup hot mango chutney
2 T flaked coconut, unsweetened
1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds
1 T finely chopped green onions
1 1/2 T currants or dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, milk, cheddar, and curry. Mash until well mixed. Shape into a disc about 1 inch high. Spread chutney on top of cheese, Sprinkle coconut, nuts, green onions, and currants or dried cranberries over chutney.


Serve with pita chips or sturdy crackers.
Takes about 15 min to throw together.
