1 lb of Ground Pork
8 Water chestnuts (finely chopped)
1/4 finely chopped Green Onions
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tsp of Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Finely ground gingerroot
1 PkG of wanton Wrappers
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except wrappers and oil.
on each wrapper put 1/2 tsp of mixture, moisten edges of wrapper and fold together ensuring no air is left in wrapper.
Fry in 2" of oil or deep fryer. 2-3 min per side in frying pan. 2 min in fryer (baste in oil and bake until golden.)
Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
