¾ cup butter, softened
⅔ cup icing sugar
1½ cups plus 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1½ cups sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
Additional icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter and icing sugar until blended.
3. Gradually beat 1½ cups flour.
4. Press onto bottom of a greased 13 by 9 inch baking pan.
5. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and remaining flour until frothy.
7. Pour over hot crust.
8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until topping is set and lightly browned.
9. Cool completely on a wire rack.
10. Dust with additional icing sugar.
11. Cut into bars.
12. Refrigerate leftovers.
