2 tbsp. olive oil , sesame oil or mayonnnaise
¼ cup chopped parsley, basil and/or corriander leaves
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. salt
1 clove of garlic, minced
