String Beans
2 T Salt
2 Ham Hocks
1 Onion
1 #2 1 size can Tomatoes
1 t Chili powder
1 Lemon
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans. Place in large kettle and cover with water 2" above bean line.
Add salt and soak overnight
Drain in the morning. Add 2 qts water, and ham hocks
Bring to a boil.
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer for 3 hrs.
Remove ham hock prior to serving.
