4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups hot milk
cinnamon (optional)
1 1/2 cups fruit (optional)
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and then mix with sugar, salt, and hot milk. Add vanilla, then pour into unbaked pie shell. Wrap foil around the edges of the crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. About 20 minutes before done, remove foil and allow crust to brown, careful not to burn.
