1¼ cups milk
1 cup rolled oats

1tbsp. oil
2 eggs, beaten

½ cup rolled oats, ground to a flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
-Compbine the milk and rolled oats in a bowl and let stand at least 5 minutes.
-Add the oil and beaten eggs, mixing well; stir in the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix just until the dry ingredients are
moisened.
-Bake on a hot, lightly oiled griddle, using ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Turn them when the top of the the pancake is
bubbly and the edges are slightly dry.
