8 med. Potatoes with skins on
1 lb. Bacon
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 cup Mayonnaise
Garlic salt
Mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up Potatoes and put in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Microwave on high until med. done. bacon into pieces and fry until done. Drain off grease. Dice up Velveeta Cheese and sprinkle over potatoes, Add chopped onions and bacon. Then mix remaining mayonnaise, garlic salt and mushrooms. put on top.


Bake on 350 oven about 50 min.
