1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt

1/4 tsp. Lemon Pepper

1' Beef Flank Steak

Directions:

cut Flank Steak 1/4' strips with the grain of the meat

Mix the above and marinate for at least 4 hrs. or longer


Lay on Broiler pan at 150 or 160 For 8 to 10 hrs.
