1 ¾ cup self rising flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar½ cup shortening
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
48 chocolate kisses (unwrapped)

Very fast version..... use peanut butter cookie mix (follow package recipe)

Preheat oven to 350º

Combine all ingredients except kisses. Mix at lowest speed until dough forms.

Roll into balls and roll in sugar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet and cook for 12 min. Remove from oven and let stand for 1 min.

Top each cookie with one kiss and let cool.
