Fudge Pie Recipe

2 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Mix eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until just combined. Do not overmix.
3. Pour into pie crust.
4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes and then reduce to 350 for 30 minutes or until center puffs up a bit.
5. Enjoy!
