2 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs beaten
tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 c milk
1 Tbsp melted shortening or (butter or oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Put skillet or griddle on medium heat.

Sift dry ingredients together. Add well beaten eggs, milk and melted shortening. Beat until smooth. (Don't over stir)

Pour batter in heated pan. When the center has little bubble and the edges are starting to cook, flip the pancake over. Makes about 16 pancakes
