Turkey Giblets
Pan Drippings
Turkey or chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
Poultry Seasoning
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take giblets from the turkey before cooking, and cut into fine pieces. After turkey is fully cooked, take a small amount of fat from the pan and add to a skillet with the giblets and brown them completely. Add the drippings from the roasting pan to the skillet after discarding remaining fat from the drippings. Add broth to drippings to make at least 4 cups liquid. Mix flour into milk separately until smooth, and gradually blend into skillet. Add black pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Cook and stir until gravy comes to a boil and thickens over medium heat.
