2 cups sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup melted margarine

Topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cooked and mashed sweet potatoes with the other ingredients. Beat well and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, 1 cup chopped pecans, and 1 stick melted margarine.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.
