2 packages chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 eggs beaten well
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Velveeta cheese (diced)
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, drain well. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese, mix well. Add drained broccoli and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle on Ritz crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 - 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. This may also be frozen until time to bake.
