2 c. flour
1 t. salt
4 t. baking powder
⅓ c. shortening
⅓ to c. milk
6-8 peaches peeled & sliced
c. sugar
2 T. tapioca
1 T. corn starch
t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix & roll first five ingredients larger than 10 inch iron skillet. Line skillet with dough and leave hanging over the sides.
Combine next five ingredients and put the mixture into the skillet. Fold dough over the peaches. Bake in 400 oven for 25 to 30 min.
