6 eggs
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup butter
50 gm dark chocolate + ½ cup dark chocolate melted in microwave
250 gm flour
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Filling:
2 packages vanilla pudding (one for each layer)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together. Melt butter, dark chocolate bar and cocoa together in the microwave. Mix with the egg mixture. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in a 12 inch spring form pan lined with parchment paper and greased at 350ºF for 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. When cooled split cake into three horizontally.
Make puddings as directed. (I use ¼ c. less milk). Put first layer of cake on a wide plate. Add half of the pudding onto cake. Add second layer of cake, followed by the remaining pudding. Put on the third layer of cake.
Melt in a pot for icing: milk chocolate bar, sugar, cream stirring constantly. When warm, add the butter. Cool until more than slightly hardened as it will run off. Pour on cake.
