3 cups russet potatoes, riced or mashed (about 4)
1 T crisco
2 T heavy cream
dash salt
1-1 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes. Mash in a ricer while hot.

2. Mix 3 cups of the potatoes with 1T Crisco, 2T cream and a dash of salt. Let cool (Can be refrigerated overnight.

3. Add 1- 1 cups flour.

4. Taking 1T at a time, roll thin with a rolling pin and then a lefse rolling pin. Bake on a lefse griddle until lightly browned on each side. Cover each completed one with a towel.
