8 granny smith apples, peeled and cut into a variety of sizes with biggest being bite-sized.
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp flour
Refrigerated pie crust.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake lower crust for 10 minutes-empty.

Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon and 1 Tbsp flour.

Pour mixture into bottom crust and another 1 Tbsp flour on top.

Roll out top crust and pinch edges closed.

Cut some vents into top crust.

Wrap edges with foil to prevent burning.

Bake on cookie sheet (it will drip over) for 30 minutes.

Remove edge foil and cook another 20 minutes or until apples are soft.
