2 eggs, beaten
¾ cup sugar
2 to­ 3 cups of milk depending on the depth of pie plate
Sprinkle with nutmeg
Unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk and sugar together. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350º F. for 20 to­ 30 minutes until a knife comes out clear.
