2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons shortening
1/3 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix sifted flour and salt. With a pastry blender or two knives, cut the shortening into the flour until it has a cornmeal consistency. Add the water and combine using your hands until the dough forms a ball. separate the dough into two parts and roll them into balls. Wrap in foil and freeze for 1 hour.
