Directions:Prepare Brownies according to directions on the package. Allow to cool.
Grind the Oreos (including the creme filling) into crumbs in a food processor using the pulse setting. You could also use a rolling pin to smoosh the Oreos. The end result should be fine crumbs that stick together slightly.
Once the Brownies are cool crumble with a fork into small bits. Do not use the dry edges. (you can eat those)
In a large bowl mix the Brownie crumbs and the Oreo crumbs. Add the Chocolate Frosting a few spoonfuls at a time until the crumbs bind together. You may not need the entire tub of Frosting. You may need to use your hands to get it well mixed.
Scoop and roll the mixture into balls about 1" in diameter.
Chill the balls while you melt the White Chocolate according to the directions on the package.
Coat the balls in the melted Chocolate using a dipping fork or two spoons to roll the ball in the Chocolate.
Place the chocolate covered balls on parchment or waxed paper, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles before the white chocolate sets.
