4 cups uncooked macaroni (then cook it)

1 cup cheese in small chunks (cheddar, garlic jack, pepper jack)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 3/4 cup milk

Melt butter with salt and pepper.
Whisk in four until bubbling.
Add milk and turn to medium heat. Stir continuously until boiling.
When thick, add cheese until melted.
Add to macaroni.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
