1 cup margarine
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 TBSP cocoa

¾ cup margarine
2 TBSP. corn syrup
1 ½ cups brown sugar
4 TBSP. flour
1 can Eagle Brand Mil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and press into a well greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º F. for 15 minutes. 
Put the remaining 5 ingredients  together  in  a  pot  and  bring  to  a  boil.  Cook  until thickened. Pour onto the baked crust. Cool and frost with chocolate butter icing.
