Pie crust (enough for a double crust pie)

⅓ cup butter
⅓ cup butter
½ cup corn syrup
½ cup brown sugar, packed
⅔ cup raisins
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pastry dough. Roll out on lightly floured surface to ⅛ inch thickness. Cut in circles to fit tart pan. (Or use ready made tart shells)
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, raisins, vanilla and salt. Beat egg slightly and add to raisin mixture. Mix well. Spoon mixture into pastry lined cups filling each about ⅔ full.
Bake at 350º F. for about 20 minutes or until pastry is golden.
Loosen edge with pointed knife and allow tarts to cool at least 10 minutes before removing from tins.
