Smores Bar Cookies Recipe

1 stick margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
3 cups mini marshmallows

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add the rest of ingredients and mix.
Press 1/2 of the dough into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips and then marshmallows over the dough.
Make patches covering the marshmallows from the remaining dough.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly brown.
