2 lbs ground beef
medium onion, chopped
6 c water
8 beef bouillon cubes
2 cans (28 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 c cooked rice
2 tsp salt
tsp pepper
tsp paprika
3 medium green peppers, seeded & chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large dutch oven or soup kettle, cook beef & onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is tender, drain. Add bouillon cubes, tomatoes, rice & seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer covered, for 1 hour. Add chopped peppers, cook, uncovered for 10-15 minutes or just until tender.
