Ingredients:  
12 small to medium potatoes - cook with skins
1 onion - sliced
6 slices bacon - fried in pieces - drain
1 T sugar
4 T flour
Bacon grease - about ¼ c (from bacon)

Directions:
Directions:
Add bacon pieces & sliced onion to sliced potatoes. Mix sugar and flour together. Heat bacon grease - add flour-sugar mix. Mix together 1¼ c water and ¼ c vinegar. Add to flour mixture - slowly, so it doesn't get lumpy. Simmer about 5 minutes. Pour over potatoes and mix. Season to taste.
