1 Lg. head nappa cabbage (chopped)
2 bunches green onion (sliced in small circles)
2 pkgs. ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
3 T sesame seeds
Sm. pkg sliced almonds
3 T margarine
2 T olive oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

DRESSING (Mix Well)
¼ c apple juice
1 T soy sauce
2 T sugar
¾ tsp ginger
1½ T red wine vinegar (or reg)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet - add margarine, olive oil and heat on medium. Smash noodles and add to above along with seasoning packets & ½ c water. Cook & stir until noodles are ½ crunchy. Add almonds & sesame seeds and cook with this. Only taking about 2-3 min. Allow to cool completely.

Chopped napa & onions are put in lg. bowl or 9x13 pan with lid. Add cooled noodle mixture. Add dressing and toss to mix. Garnish top with mandarin oranges.

Keep refrigerated.
