Ingredients:  
1 lg chicken, cooked and deboned
1 lg can diced tomatoes
1 lg onion, chopped
1 stick butter
salt & pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 sm box sliced okra
1 can chicken broth.
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt the butter,then add the onion and okra. Sauté until the onion is clear and the okra is soft. After this is done, add the chicken, broth, tomatoes and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes and serve over rice.

This is great with French bread and salad.
