1 Cups Butter, soft
1 Cup Icing Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
Tsp Salt

CARAMEL TOPPING
1 - 340g Kraft Caramels
Cup Cream


CHOCOLATE TOPPING
2 Cups Chocolate Chips, melted
2 Tsp Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream together butter and icing sugar.
Roll dough out on a floured surface inch thick.
Cut dough with small cookie cutters
Bake at 350 F for 14 - 16 minutes


Melt caramels according to package direction and add cream. Mix well.

Melt chocolate chips & butter in Microwave at 30 second intervals until melted & smooth.

When cookies have cooled put a layer of caramel on the top and add a layer of chocolate.
Let caramel and chocolate set.
