8 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
10oz cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix these 7 ingredients together.
Pack into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Cover with tin foil and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile mix 2 cups crushed cornflakes with 1/2 cup melted butter.
Spread over top of casserole and return to oven for approx 10 minutes to brown.
