2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded carrots
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
1/2 -1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients, add carrots, nuts and undrained pineapple. Mix well. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
