1 can lentils, drained and rinsed
½ cup onion
1 cup tomato juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. soya sauce
1 cup cooked macaroni
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tin kidney beans and/or beans in tomato sauce

Directions:

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion. Fry until onion is transparent.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 -20 minutes.
