1 C sugar
A stick of margarine
2 eggs
1 ½ C mashed banana (approx 3)
1 T lemon juice
2 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add bananas and lemon juice together.
Combine dry ingredients. Mix quickly with banana mixture. Baked in greased and floured loaf pan for 1 hour at 350º.
