Cup Butter or Margarine
Cup Brown Sugar
Tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
Cup Banana, Mashed
1 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
⅓ Tsp Salt
Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Thick Sour Milk or Cream
1 Cup Walnuts or Pecans

Cream together butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg.
Mix in dry ingredients then add sour milk.
Fold in walnuts or pecans.

Bake at 375 F
Cake Pan 30 - 35 minutes
Loaf Pan 45 - 50 minutes
