1 small can pumpkin
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, 1 1/2 cups sugar, oil and 2 eggs. Add dry ingredients and stir a little with a fork. Then mix well with wet ingredients. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Combine cream cheese and 1 egg and 1/4 cup sugar and blend well with electric mixer. Drop dollops with teaspoon over batter. Swirl with a knife by cutting through batter lengthwise, crosswise and lengthwise again. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting with a plastic knife.
