1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
Milk for proper consistency
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Can Tuna
1 Slice of toast per person

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put a generous dab of butter in a pot and melt it.
2. When melted, add several teaspoons of flour, some salt, and just enough milk to make a thick sauce.
3. When the sauce is ready, stir in a can of tuna and stir until heated through. Then ladle the mixture over a slice of toast and enjoy!
