2 ¾ cup | sifted flour
1 cup | sugar
½ tsp | soda
½ tsp | salt
1 cup | butter
1 egg | slightly beaten
2 tsp | almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add egg and almond. Mix thoroughly. Shap into balls. Press with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
