1 (6-ounce) can albacore tuna in water
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp. 1% milk
3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 cups mixed salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain tuna and combine with mayonnaise, and next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Add egg, and stir gently.
2. Divide greens evenly among plates; top with tuna salad.

Yield: 4 servings (1/2 cup tuna salad and 1 cup salad greens)

Nutritional info: 151 calories, 9g fat (2g sat fat), 124mg chol, 450mg sod, 7g carbs, 2g fiber, 13g protein

NOTE: You can also serve this salad as a sandwich; adjust calories as necessary.
