Brownie:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
16 oz. can Hershey chocolate syrup

Filling:
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 Tbls. Creme de Menthe
1/2 cup margarine

Frosting:
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 Tbls. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brownie ingredients and pour into 9 x 13" greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Cool in pan completely.

For filling, cream the confectioners sugar, Creme de Menthe and 1/2 cup margarine. Spread over cooled brownies.

For frosting, melt chocolate chips and margarine over low heat. Cool slightly and spread over filling. Chill for 5 to 10 minutes.
